Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition

  • Product can be used up to 50% (half usage allowed)

  • Original packaging should be available where possible

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The product arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Half-Usage Refund Policy

We understand personal care products require testing.

You may request a refund even if the product has been used up to 50%, provided that:

  • The issue is genuine

  • The product is not intentionally damaged

  • Return request is made within 10 days of delivery

Refund amount may be adjusted based on product condition after inspection.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products used more than 50%

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Customized or special-order products

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired product


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Please allow additional time for banks or payment providers to complete processing.
