Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays

  • Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.


Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: Available on selected promotions or qualifying orders (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that:

  • Your shipping address is correct

  • Contact number is active and reachable

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable)

We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
